sollte man nicht heute schon ran lassen. Natürlich ist Olympia erst 2012, aber muss man dann ein Kind ein Logo entwerfen lassen nur weil es 2012 im richtigen Alter ist?
Ich denke nicht, aber seht selbst.




Wie kommt man auf ein solcher Logo fragt man sich jetzt sicher und das zu recht.
Aber ein Brite in einem Forum hatte doch etwas gutes dazu zu sagen:

There have been a lot of critical comments about this logo but I think it does a fantastic job embodying the feel of our hosting nation which is ultimately what an Olympic logo is supposed to do. From the disjointed assembly of parts barely holding themselves together to the sharp hostile edges that clearly have no interest in joining together, it shows that delicate imbalance of one group holding all the rings leaving the rest with nothing and at the same time captures that certain arrogance of failed achievement, all made consistent by the yellow undercurrent that affects all colours involved turning what was once bright and vibrant into a slightly soft and sickly tone.

Passend dazu möchte ich noch dem lieben Bernd danken, der doch festgestellt hat, dass wenn man das a durch ein i ersetzt, aus Hatlerdorf Hitlerdorf wird. An das muss ich jetzt immer denken - und fange blöd an zu grinsen - wenn jemand vom Halterdorf redet.
